St John the Baptist

St John the Baptist

This church, built in 1877, was the new place of worship for a frame chapel constructed in 1728 and then abandoned in 1800. According to the Delaware Public Archives a brick veneer was added in 1936, however there is no mention of the red doors. This church is on the National Register of Historic Places.

St John the Baptist

This door exudes quaintness, as does the entire church.
